The venue for the 2004 Pan-European Conference organised by the ECPR Standing Group on International Relations will be The Hague/Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The dates for the conference have been set as 9-11 September 2004.

The theme for the Conference will be 'Constructing World Order' - a theme we expect will be enhanced by its location in the city of the International Criminal Court.
